Dr. Logan is a great listener and a very knowledgeable doctor. As a new patient, I really felt like he took extra time to help me feel comfortable. Also, the reason for my visit is not a super common problem, and I was impressed with how much he knew about it. I will return to this doctor and highly recommend him.

Dr Logan is a caring, thoughtful, easy to communicate with and hands down the best!!! Dr Logan makes you feel comfortable during a uncomfortable visit.
Staff is friendly and welcoming.
Easy use to make appt online or by calling. Appts are on time. Grayslake and Lake Forest facilities make you feel so welcome with their waiting rooms and staff. Dr Logan diagnosed me from my 1st meeting with him in 2011, after many failed attempts with a dozen of other doctors from other practices in Lake County and Kenosha County. It wasted 20yrs with those doctors and it only took 1 visit from Dr.Logan.
I was blessed to have a friend suggest I see him and so happy I did.

The front desk staff greeted me and was kind. Nurse was very professional and quick. There was a very short wait time between seeing the nurse and seeing Dr. Teri. Dr. Teri made me feel comfortable and she was very professional and helpful.
